STOOQ Pilot Terms of Service — Version 1.0

Welcome to the STOOQ Pilot Program.

STOOQ is a multi-vendor online marketplace designed to help local businesses showcase their products, connect with customers, and grow their online presence.

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your participation in the STOOQ Pilot Program. By registering as a Vendor or using the platform, you agree to comply with these Terms.

The STOOQ Pilot is intended to test, evaluate, and improve the platform before its public launch. During this period, features, functionality, and policies may change as we continue developing the platform.

Participation in the pilot is subject to STOOQ's approval, and STOOQ reserves the right to modify, suspend, or end the pilot program at any time.

To participate in the pilot, Vendors must:

• Provide accurate and complete business information during registration.
• Keep their account information up to date.
• Comply with these Terms and all applicable laws and regulations.

STOOQ reserves the right to approve, reject, suspend, or remove any Vendor from the pilot at its sole discretion.

Participation in the STOOQ Pilot Program is currently free of charge.

During the pilot:

• There are no subscription fees.
• There are no limits on the number of products Vendors may list.
• STOOQ will charge 3% commission on sales unless otherwise communicated in advance.

As the platform is still under development, Vendors acknowledge that:

• New features may be introduced at any time.
• Existing features may be modified, temporarily unavailable, or removed.
• Bugs or unexpected behaviour may occur.
• STOOQ may request feedback to improve the platform.

Vendors are responsible for ensuring that all product information is accurate and up to date, including:

• Product descriptions
• Images
• Pricing
• Availability

Vendors may offer product variants, including different colours, sizes, or other available options where supported by the platform.

All products must comply with applicable laws and regulations in the Sultanate of Oman.

The following products may not be listed on STOOQ:

• Weapons or weapon-related items
• Illegal goods or services
• Prescription medication
• Tobacco or smoking-related products
• Alcohol
• Counterfeit or infringing products
• Hazardous or toxic materials
• Adult or explicit content
• Any product prohibited under the laws of the Sultanate of Oman

STOOQ reserves the right to remove any listing or suspend any account that violates these Terms.

When an order is placed, Vendors are responsible for:

• Managing and preparing the order.
• Communicating directly with customers where additional information or product customization is required.
• Fulfilling the order accurately and in a timely manner.

STOOQ does not process payments during the pilot phase.

Payment arrangements are made directly between the Vendor and the Customer.

Accepted payment methods may include:

• Cash
• Bank transfer
• Mobile transfer
• Any other payment method agreed upon by both parties

STOOQ is not responsible for payment disputes or failed transactions between Vendors and Customers.

STOOQ does not provide delivery or logistics services during the pilot program.

Vendors are solely responsible for:

• Delivering orders
• Coordinating delivery or collection with customers
• Managing delivery costs
• Resolving delivery-related issues

Vendors are responsible for:

• Maintaining accurate business information.
• Responding to customer inquiries in a timely manner.
• Providing quality products and customer service.
• Complying with applicable laws and regulations.
• Ensuring that all content uploaded to STOOQ belongs to them or that they have permission to use it.

The STOOQ Pilot is a collaborative testing program designed to improve the platform.

By participating, Vendors acknowledge that:

• STOOQ will continue introducing new features and improvements throughout the pilot.
• Feedback provided by Vendors may be used to improve the platform and influence future development.
• Participation in feedback discussions, surveys, or interviews may be requested but is voluntary.

We greatly value your feedback and appreciate your role in helping shape STOOQ.

Vendors retain ownership of their business names, logos, product images, and other content they upload.

By uploading content to STOOQ, Vendors grant STOOQ a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to display, reproduce, and use such content for operating, promoting, and improving the platform.

STOOQ reserves the right to suspend or remove any Vendor from the pilot for reasons including, but not limited to:

• Violation of these Terms.
• Providing false or misleading information.
• Listing prohibited products.
• Fraudulent, abusive, or unlawful behavior.
• Activity that may negatively affect the platform or other users.

STOOQ provides a technology platform connecting Vendors and Customers.

STOOQ is not responsible for:

• Product quality or safety.
• Product descriptions provided by Vendors.
• Delivery or shipping.
• Payment arrangements between Vendors and Customers.
• Customer disputes.
• Losses resulting from Vendor actions or third-party services.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, STOOQ's liability shall be limited to the operation of the platform itself.

As STOOQ is actively being developed during the pilot phase, these Terms may be updated from time to time.

Where reasonably practicable, Vendors will be notified of material changes before they take effect.

Continued use of the platform following any updates constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Sultanate of Oman.
